These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QueensRyche Recipes, operated by QUEENS & SAINTS, LLC. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account.
Membership, Billing, and Auto-Renewal
Membership is offered on a monthly plan at $9.49 per month and an annual plan at $99.49 per year. New memberships begin with a 30-day free trial. In plain language:
- You are not charged during the 30-day free trial.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan automatically begins and your payment method is charged the plan price.
- Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current price, until you cancel.
- We will charge your payment method on file for each renewal.
How to Cancel
You can cancel at any time. To cancel, sign in and use the membership section of your account, or email info@queensryche2021.com or call +1 (646) 232-5269. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Store Orders
Prices for kitchen store products are shown at checkout. We may correct errors, change prices, and update product availability at any time. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by copying or redistributing our recipes and content beyond personal use, attempting to access accounts that are not yours, or interfering with the operation or security of the Service.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its content -- including recipes, text, photography, logos, and design -- are owned by QUEENS & SAINTS, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own non-commercial cooking. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that recipe outcomes will meet your expectations. See also our Disclaimer.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QUEENS & SAINTS, LLC and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the arbitration provision below, the state and federal courts located in Florida will have jurisdiction over any disputes not subject to arbitration.
Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration body, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and we agree that each may bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
