Memberships
Every new membership begins with a 30-day free trial, so you are not charged until the trial ends. If you are charged and decide membership is not for you, request a refund within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it in full. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Kitchen Store Orders
Unused store products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.
How to Request a Refund

- Tell us what you would like refunded and why -- a short note is enough.
- We will confirm and process approved refunds to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
Return Window and Shipping
The return window for store products is 30 days from delivery. For returns that are not due to our error, you may be responsible for return shipping. We will provide return instructions when you contact us.
Exceptions
- Products returned damaged due to misuse, or outside the 30-day window, may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Refunds apply to amounts actually charged; free-trial periods are free and involve no charge to refund.
- Where required by law, your statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.
